Before six 'o clock, you can eat some fruit or a vegetable salad, without bread. Bread is loaded with calories, so you should avoid it.

And one of the most important factors when you're on a diet is drinking lots of water. Yes, plain water and no soft drinks or other beverages that contain sugar. You will get enough sugar from the fruits you eat. And you can eat however much fruit you want.
