Weight Training Diet For Skinny Guys To Pack On Muscle Mass Quickly

If you're a skinny guy who wants to gain muscle mass quickly then this weight training diet is the missing key you need to start growing fast. I'm going to give you the absolute best food you need to include in your weight training diet.

Weight Training Diet

Your weight training diet can be broken up into 3 categories of food: Protein, carbs, and fat. You the right amount of each of these in order to build muscle mass. Especially if you're a skinny guy - you need to pay special attention to your diet if you want to grow.

Best Carbohydrates To Include In Your Diet
  • Potatoes
  • Fruit
  • Beans
  • Brown Rice
  • Oatmeal
  • Whole Grain Breads

Best Protein Sources To Include In Your Diet
  • Chicken and turkey
  • Steak and ground beef
  • Eggs
  • Fish/Seafood
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Whey Protein
Best Fat Sources To Include In Your Diet
  • Flax Seed Oil
  • Olive Oil
  • Avocados
  • Nuts
  • Fish like salmon and tuna
  • Fish Oil
So how much of these foods should you be eating to start building muscle mass? Well, I recommend my personal training clients split it up into 30% protein, 40% carbs, and 30% fat. This is the best ratio for gaining muscle weight quickly especially if you're a skinny guy.

Your weight training diet should also include the right number of calories for your bodyweight. If you're a hardgainer and have trouble putting on muscle mass, I recommend you take 20x your bodyweight in calories daily. So take your body weight x 20 and that's how many calories you should include in your diet on a daily basis. It's pretty simple.

Weight Loss Eating Tips That Work

In today's society appearance matters very much, as even employers fail to consider someone who didn't even care to wear a proper suit. That's why both men and women know that in order to be respected in the society, they need to look respectable by taking care of their appearance.

Weight Loss Eating

Having a few extra pounds isn't a tragedy, but you have to take into consideration that more than just a few extra pounds is not okay. And this doesn't even have to do with the appearance matter anymore. It's about people's health. Being overweight can bring up both social and health problems, and one's health is very important. Mostly, it is not hard to maintain a normal body weight, but since many people live on fast food and deep fried meat and such, being overweight has become very common.

But just because it's common doesn't mean it's acceptable. Each and every one of us is responsible for our good health. So in order to lose those extra pounds that keep you away from wearing those jeans you're dreaming of, you need to start controlling your eating habits.

First of all, remember that meat is not your friend. If you are on a diet, you should start looking for vegetarian recipes and if you really want to, add some grilled fish or chicken to your foods.

Secondly, never fry or deep fry your food, because all that oil isn't good for you. Boiling and grilling should be mostly the ways you're cooking your food. Also, whole wheat is very good, so eating some muesli with milk in the morning would be a great breakfast. But on the other hand, it would be very good if you could get used to eating more in the morning, so that you would have energy for the entire day. Your lunch should be more or less your last meal of the day, so again, you could eat a little more, but less than in the morning. Before six 'o clock, you can eat some fruit or a vegetable salad, without bread. Bread is loaded with calories, so you should avoid it.

And one of the most important factors when you're on a diet is drinking lots of water. Yes, plain water and no soft drinks or other beverages that contain sugar. You will get enough sugar from the fruits you eat. And you can eat however much fruit you want.
